What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and username. When you set up your profile, we also collect your skill level, years playing, position preference, home clubs, availability (days and times), frequency, gender preference, language, bio, and a profile photo if you upload one.

We collect your zip code so we can show you players near you - this is converted to an approximate location (latitude/longitude) and only your city is ever shown publicly, never your zip code or exact address.

We collect messages you send to other members, "Need a Fourth" posts you create (club, date, time, spots needed, and any note), and your favorites/hidden player lists. We also collect push notification tokens if you enable notifications.

If you flag another member using the "Flag an issue" button on their profile, we collect the reported username and the reason you selected so we can review it.

How we use it

Your profile information is used to display your listing in the player directory and on your public profile page, and to power filters and matching (level, availability, position, club, language, distance). Your email is used to send account-related emails (welcome, password reset, occasional product updates). We do not sell your data to anyone.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate the platform:

Supabase - database, authentication, and photo storage
Vercel - hosting
Resend - transactional emails
Firebase Cloud Messaging - push notifications (only if you enable them)
Zippopotam.us - converts your zip code into an approximate location so we can show nearby players

Your data

You can edit or delete your profile information at any time from your profile settings. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.
