Child Safety Standards

Our commitment

Court4 is a directory for padel players to find regular practice partners. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Any content, behavior, or account found to involve the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors will be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Age requirement

Court4 is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, their account will be deleted.

Prohibited content and behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Court4:

Any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors
Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate contact with minors
Sharing, distributing, or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Any attempt to use the platform to gain inappropriate access to minors

Reporting concerns

Any member can hide another user instantly from "My List", which removes them from your directory and prevents further contact, or use the "Flag an issue" button on a member's profile to report a problem directly to us. To report a child safety concern, message us through the contact page or email us directly at contact[at]court4.app. We treat all child safety reports as urgent and will respond within 24 hours.

Enforcement

Accounts found to be in violation of these standards are suspended immediately. Where required by law, we report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
